winning restaurateur Chris LaRocca embarked on building a revolutionary restaurant idea, he asked why there were no alternatives
for truly appetizing, healthful foods that could be served as promptly as their unhealthy counterparts. It sounds like an
easy request-to make healthy food taste really good so he and his partners went to work. The result was Crushed Red.
Next, they put together a team of true experts: artisans that have spent decades perfecting
their technique. Together, they created organically dressed salads that are fixed to order using a spectrum of colorful ingredients.
They created pizzas with crispy whole-grain crusts and organic tomato sauce. Add to that the fact that all of this is served
