We are meeting with Lee Knowlton, the President and CEO of PIU Management, LLC, the parent company of
Pump It Up and BounceU franchise brands. Lee will discuss why he has made the move from
Kahala Corp, where he oversaw all Domestic and International Operations for the company's 12 brands, including Cold Stone
Creamery, Blimpie and Great Steak and Potato, to PIU. Lee discusses why he thinks the skills he learned in the restaurant
industry translate well into the party sector. Lee will talk about the Pump It Up/Bounce U franchise system
as a whole, as well as what the individual franchisee experience is like. Lee also talks about he thinks is in store for the
franchise system in the future.
